Not even a close call for Jews

Reader comment on item: Is Allah God? - Continued

Submitted by Gene Bearman (United States), Sep 29, 2006 at 14:23

God revealed Himself to Moses as the "God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob" and stated that "this is his memorial to all generations". The word "generations" here denotes both unversality among peoples of the earth and a time component, that is forever.

If God was the God of Abraham and Ishamael he would have told us so and if He wanted to be know as a different name He would have told us so. The fact is these beliefs are mutually exclusive and "we know Who we worship, for salvation is of the Jews"
