Oliver, I'm sorry that you find my disagreements so "disagreeable".

You stoop to the point of accusing my Arabic-speaking Christian friends of being blasphemous for liturgy that is in an language that you do not personally comprehend, and for reasons that you refuse to fathom. Such sanctimonious displays are far more disagreeable than anything that I have posted.

Do Arabic-speaking Christians deserve the understanding and support of their fellow Christians?
Or do they deserve to be damned their fellow Christians for perceived "blasphemy"? You've obviously made a choice; it's just too bad that your preference for extreme literalism has resulted in such dogmatic rigidities that lead you to such an unwarranted, even inhumane conclusion. Such tendencies only serve to exacerbate conflict rather than effectively resolve it.
