in response to reader comment: Allah the God

You are correct our dear Qadi Christian Arabs call God in the Arabic Bible Allah but they also call him:

1. a-Ilah

2. al-Sayyid yasoo3 al-masseh

3. al-rabb

4. And yes they also call him Allah and could it be because in Syriac the word God means Alaha or Allaha (it is also a loan word in Coptic from Syriac) and it is Arabized as Allah and the chances are the Arabic word Allah is a loan word from Syriac! What do you think our dear Qazi?

And you know what? Muslims should not be happy with the idea that Christian Arabs use the word Allah as your Allah is not al-sayyid yasoo3 al-maseeh!

I suggest that you stick to Urdu!
