It is better to separate politics from religion. It is not possible to explain the political actions just only by religious motives. Historical records tells us great civilizations expand their territories and use resources of other poor or weak countries. Each civilization has right to defend its boundaries and cultural values. Muslims live for worshiping Allah. They do everything for Allah.

Ask yourself how you can criticize Muslims, 20% of world population, live under "ridiculous Islamic laws ". Islam is still fastest growing religion. It still attracts people mind and hearts. If it was enlarging just because of " fear and sword" as claimed by ignorant people Muslims can´t survive until this century.

Jews fled to Ottoman Empire when Christians in Europe were killing them. They lived there in peace.
