A review of Iranian history from before Islam reveals circumstances that if fully understood, those that try to impose their version of governance in that region have longstanding trials of conflicting religious issues going back for a time longer than when Islam attempted to impose the Quran; and even al-Tabari could not have anticipated what is going on in Iran today. Question: why did they change the name for Persia to Iran, again?
It seems the revolutionary attitude is on the loose again from 1978 until now.
