i agree, in order to treat everyone with "equal opportunity" all kinds of related clothing or approach that distinguishes one by his/her religion should not be permitted in the public.

The Charter of Rights of every Western Civilization somewhat covers this issue but if necessary a new piece of legislation (bill) should be put forward.

Distinctive clothing can raise other issues, i.e. if there is a Muslim working in a public office had tendency to religion might trigger to discriminate the public he/she serves and that can cause abuse of rights for the others.

Our forefathers in these lands worked hard to keep the societies free of Religion and Discriminations, any disturbance to the result of their work which worked for over several centuries is unfair and abusive.
