Dr. Pipes

There was a heated debate on Amr Adeeb's very popular el-Qahera el-youm and it was a debate between an Egyptian Shi3a cleric and a Sunni Shiekh and it was funny and pathetic and yes the issue of zawaj el-mut3a or the Shia temporary marriage aka Islamic prostitution came up and as usual the good sunni citizens of Cairo and their sheikhs were "horrified"! by it and that it will lead to the spread of immorality and STD's and when they were reminded by the Shia cleric that temporary marriage can be found in the Qur'an all hell broke lose but again this another Quranic disaster

Now this brings up back to Edwina Storie: I'm sure all the Mullahs in Iran are salivating: Yum temporary marriage!

But again, Islam is ridiculous
