Genuine? A strange question

Michael, Why do you ask if I am being genuine? Of course security considerations come into play in any public situation that state or government security agencies assume responsibility for the safety of their citizens. The point is not about those who abide by rules that are imposed to cooperate with security conditions, but about those who refuse to do so for religious reasons or cultural customs. I am not aware of any religious obligations that warrant full face covering besides with Muslim women, but if there are, they are included.

As this discussion began about the obligation of respecting the dress codes in a host country, it would follow logically that it would apply also to the security considerations in said country. There are numerous incidents of face coverings being used in criminal endeavors and it is the right of citizens to see the faces of everyone in public. If this clashes with someone's religious custom, they must make adaptations in order to abide by the law of that country. This applies to anyone from any background, although most cases tend to be niqabs and full face covering.
