I still say there is no need for all these women to wear the scarf or hijab in front of these rulers or the like. It has nothing to do with Refinement of Education & Culture.

Why the female minsters in Syria were meeting and saluting the Saudi King and his entourage on his visit to Damascus yesterday with no scarf or hijab. We cannot be more royal than the king.
