Stanchan, I didn't detect any concern for security in the OP. Daniel seemed to be concerned about the fact that Westerners allow Muslims to wear hijabs but Muslims don't allow Westerners not to. There's nothing in that about "security". You said,

The point is not about those who abide by rules that are imposed to cooperate with security conditions, but about those who refuse to do so for religious reasons or cultural customs

There, you yourself say this is not about "security"; so why even bring up the matter? Now you are saying that this is all about those who "don't abide by rules". Since I haven't advocated anyone breaking any rules, why are you troubling me with this matter.

My opinion, for the record, is that I am not concerned whether or not women wear coverings. Full Stop.
