Drop him like a hot rock.

There's a big Pakistani community in the U.K. and although they usually blend in really well, they do mostly go back to their roots in the end. The ones that I knew were very status obsessed... shallow... obsessed with fair skin. Because their culture is so close to Indian, while their religion is Islam - well the sex obsession was bound to happen. But unlike in India, sex is a lot more forbidden and a lot of them use prostitutes. One guy I knew was confused about his sexual orientation but of course he couldn't let his parents know.

They occasionally have mixed marriages but usually to other (light-skinned) Muslims.
