Reader comment on item: Advice to Non-Muslim Women against Marrying Muslim Men
in response to reader comment: To Natalie

Chelsea, Lina, and Hope, think for a minute about what Natalia and Jo Wa are saying. We women are responsible for being victimized because we chose to believe what these guys told us in the beginning. So, we were supposed to know they were lying sacks of sh*t? Oh, I see. So what does that say about these men? I wasn't looking for a husband, and had he not lied to me about his feelings and intentions, I damn sure wouldn't have bothered with him. I had been happily single for 16 years when I met him. Gosh, sorry I had the temerity to actually believe what he said to me, complete with backup from his friends and family. Will I ever believe any of these men again? Not even if they tell me the sky is blue, rain is wet, and the sun is hot. My part in what happened was believing a scamming liar, and I have most definitely learned my lesson. My advice to all women who come to this board, Muslim or not, is to not believe one word out of these men's mouths. They are nothing but hustlers, with no concern for anyone they hurt in trying to get what they want. They have no respect for ANYONE.
