If your beliefs play such an importante role in your life...Reader comment on item: Advice to Non-Muslim Women against Marrying Muslim Men Submitted by Keira (Australia), Sep 15, 2019 at 06:49 Dear Brian, Welcome to this forum. Well, as I was saying, if your beliefs play such an important role in your life and you have very negative thoughts about Islam, then there you are your advise... Do not continue the relationship. You state that you want a woman who walk with you to the church, and obviously she is not going to be that woman. I would only suggest you to give this a thought: she looks like she accepts you whatever your religion is, and hasn't tried to convince you to convert, although a Muslim woman is not allowed to marry a non Muslim man. This means she is going against her upbringing to be with you which tells a lot about her character, meaning she puts love over religion. Also, you describe her like a very nice and loving woman but still you have very biased thoughts about Islam, and I don't blame you. But maybe it would be a good idea to read the Qur'an in deep and ask her about those negative ideas that you hold about Islam and concern you to such an extent. Perhaps this surprises you. Keep in mind as well that not all Muslim man are as described in this board. Here we only discuss about those who deceive and hurt women with the purpose of improving their lives and even use Islam to justify their evil acts. Just my thoughts, hoping they might be of some help for you. Good luck, Brian. I know it is very hard when it comes to sharing your life with someone whose culture and religion is so different.
