Stalkers

It's good that you've figured out what they're about. Yes, they do stalk. Years ago, my ex Kurd's cousin caught me going to my then boyfriend's place, and of course he reported it back. And it just so happened to be at the exact time and place. Needless to say it freaked me out!

With the Kurds I don't think it's even about religion. Their mentality is "odd" to say in the least.

They have this skewed idea of honour. My Iranian ex said they can track you down in a flash, and are hell bent on justice and revenge. They're not all like this, there's the extreme and the more liberal.

But yes power is an aphrodisiac for these men. It's rarely ever about love, it's that loss of the only sense of control they had in their lives.
