The embassy will not help them at all. If they are underage she will need a letter to get them out of the airport. It will be very dangerous for her and the children if they insist on leaving. Has she told him she wants to leave him or just Egypt? Does she want to leave him? Either way, if he is a controlling (most are) jerk, he will think the worst of her, this is where it gets dangerous
