Hello Nancy, I'm sorry for the late reply. I haven't had much time to research this. I'm not sure of an exact correct answer. I do know in majority of MENA countries it's very difficult to get help from the US embassy when something like this happens. I will continue to look for some kind of information. If I find anything I will definitely post it. In the meantime have they contacted the US embassy yet?
