You are gonna be ok. Trust me. Get mad. Rant....break something....scream.....BUT DO NOT HARM YOURSELF. You can rant here all you want. It will help you get these emotions out. We don't mind your rants. We all have ranted here.

We have felt your pain and I now, as most here, have fully recovered. It hurt me until I got to the hate part. I never hated anyone. But then I got mad.

I would not take vengence on him and I do believe there are stages of healing we go through. Remember he hit the part of the brain that releases dopamine...the feel good chemical. So you are going to have withdrawal. But it will pass. I hope you understand that healing is a process. We have all showed our anger and rants on here. So let loose if you need to. We understand.

Your life has been spared by Almighty God and it is not yours to take. He has a big plan for you. We all learned our lesson. But we have also helped others with that lesson.

dear one, I hardly ever think of Mr Rat now. Oh and I was just like you....right on the edge. All these friends on here have seen it. You will recover with much more wisdom and strength and that is something to look forward to.

Since my recovery....I am so thankful for a stress free life and I often think about the hell I would have been in if I had brought that rat over. I am at the happiest place in my life now. Never thinking my interests and my personhood would return. I have someone I can date but I love my time so much with activities such as doing videography music and just having FREEDOM.

You will come out on top. Yes it is gonna sting for awhile. But life goes on and gets better and better.

Block him, no contact. Make yourself NOT look at anything online that he sends. Just delete. Remove any triggers around you such as photos or anything that reminds you of that low life.

During the process of healing, I went through grief, shock, denial, low self esteem....then I got angry, I started to hate, although after these healing emotions took place. I forgave and even pray for them. But don't want any part of that anymore. I limited my time on social media. I hated seeing happy couples. Now I am happy to see happy couples.

My concentration was broken from all the demands of answering his call or message IMMEDIATELY.
I started playing solitaire to improve my focus. I have it back now.

These are just a few things that seemed to help. You scared me with your post but I know you are stronger than that. Heal and live girl. You will see soon that life is good. Really good.
