I'm so glad to hear from you. I kept checking to see if you had left a post. I think it's a good idea to see the dr and you need to see a counselor also. There's not anything wrong with it. It happens to the best of us.

I'm sorry about your Mum. Mine is gone too and I went through my hardest time with my ex after I lost her.

Always remember there's not one person in this world worth destroying yourself over. I think it thrills people like your ex and all the others exes on here if we are suffering. They don't care.

I will give my email to the moderator and let me know if you were not able to get it and I figure out something else. Please don't ever feel alone. There's many more who know what you are going through.

I hate he is talking to an American now. You can't worry about that though. You have to take care of yourself and be sure you're going to be fine! That's the most important.

I know the word needs to get out but I hope she will research about Mena men before getting in too deep! If your emails are are not used for any importance and you can create others in place of them. I think you should do that and delete those accounts.
