Talking to a egyptian man need advice before i marry!

I met a guy online from ismalia egypt. He doesnt know much English but he tries to speak to me .He even started to take some english classes so when i go we can speak better. He haves two gyms supposedly...he close one. I already talk to two of his friends and i currently have the sister in my facebook which i talk to every day. He close his facebook account because he made me close mine to make him happy cause yes i had many men. So i said ok lets be equal and he did it too but i realize he didnt add no one but his 2 brothers and 3 sisters and the husband of sister in this facebook. I ask him to see his mother even in photo he makes excuses i ask why..he says she works and you are sleeping when she can. I seen his family only in photo and the sister i talk to seems to like me. I ask him why not get engaged first this month that i will go he says no because he really loves me and wants a baby. Now im a single mother of a baby with a albanian guy who lie to me and i wasted all my money to visit my ex.

This egyptian guy knows the story and he said he was engaged twice but didnt marry the last engagement was a year ago. Now recently i found out he was talking to another girl he never mention and supposedly he forgot that she is the past. He will do a ceremony and said to me he will get me a apartment near his home and mother and sister will stay at night or check me. My concern is that i have a son and i still dont meet his mother and if why he wants to marry so fast i only been talking to him for a month 1/2 .By the time i go it will be only 3 months talking to him. He said we marry then go to sharm for 20 days. Almost all the time i will be in egypt he says he wants to make me happy and make fun things. But i think why not stay more in his city be around his family more. His sister made a comment of meeting me when i go but said she will be very busy with children school..is there anything u dont see. Please help
