Confused reply

I read your comment and I met someone similar. Pakistani, 39,living in Abu Dhabi. I wonder if this is the same man. He is kind, very communicative, appears honest in all I see. He wants marriage but wants me to relocate there. He has a visa already, but I wonder if he is just looking for citizenship. I will say, any talk of finances, he refuses to let me pay for anything. He says as a Muslim man it is his responsibility to provide for me and the home. He says he loves me and wants to make me happy. I wonder if this is the man every woman dreams of, or he is too good to be true.
