Girl, this is 100 percent a money laundering scheme, do not get involved; Dr Phil has had numerous episodes with this exact or very similar circumstances. Don't be fooled by the fact that he's not asking you for the money, it's a scam and could in fact lead to you being questioned charged or prosecuted as an accomplice or participant in such an endeavor. And it doesn't take long btw for the financial Institutions to become wise to these and start putting together the pieces, the thing is, it's unlikely if not impossible for them to locate and prosecute the overseas party and the could very likely leave you in an uncomfortable position of explainkng to the authorities what you know etc. While he gets off scot free
