Banking problems in Egypt?

Hi

I met a muslim guy online an Egyptian. We were in online relationship, for a few months then I stopped it all because he wanted me to go there and move there. I felt as if I had to give up everything and him nothing I was just fed up how he blamed me for all the problems we had and he was perfect. Anyways he still wanted to be friends so I just went along with it. Even tho we are just friends he likes to sleep while being on a skype call, he just likes to sleep with me around. I know its weird and I dont understand why its okay for a muslim guy to do that but whatever and no I dont allow him to do that often.Recently he asked me if I can do online transactions for him, for example someone pays him over the internet and then I resend it to him through western union. He told me before he cant use paypal that it wont connect to his bank..so I wondering is this normal or this guy is just being honest? I never met him in rl. I felt it was so strange because I wasn't his gf or wife or best friend even to do that...
