My friend, I read about your situation. It doesn't matter where he is from, a man that truly loves you would never treat you this way. Get your divorce, stay away from him. You have what a lot of us here on this forum do not, you are physically together. You KNOW what he is like. In my experience people don't really change without a true experience with Yahweh. God can change a person but only if they let Him. I wish you all the best.
