Emotional roller coasters are never good. From my experience and research....they do not change.

I feel your gut is talking to you. Why put off what is going to happen eventually.

Ask yourself some hard questions? Is it really worth taking the risk of having to be responsible for up to 10 years to the government after he gets papers and probably divorce you anyway.

This is what I had to do....no judging anyone. It was hard but I had to look out for me since he really was not and honestly could not. It was one of the hardest decisions I ever had to make. But I knew I had a contract with the government and he had nothing to lose and I could lose everything.

I simply could not let him get the green card.

I had already paid my attorney but I cut my losses because I needed good solid emotional peace.

You know too that you will have to keep doing immigration forms for years to come. He may be hot and cold. Hot when he needs you. Cold when he does not.

I do believe you have come to the right place for support. We have been through the same as you and really want to help and not hurt.

It is always your decision. From reading your post.... I feel you already know what to do.
