I agree with you 100% He chose a divorced woman who is self-employed. She invited him over and like you said, she is now responsible for him. She just does not seem to comprehend the situation. He is so sure of himself, that he actually put her on phone cam with me! That is when I noticed her reaction was that of jealousy, and knew there was a physical relationship. I translated what I said to her in Romanian by using several methods to make sure she understood me. The look she gave me showed comprehension, but she said "No understand!" Fairly shouted it at me. So I sent her a written note, not knowing she lets him use her phone, he told me he deleted the message.

So I guess she will have to deal with the fall out. He tricked a Canadian woman out of a lot of money. She had a nervous breakdown and has never been the same again. He likes to target older self-employed women while feeding lines to younger ones at the same time. You are definitely responsible for them for 10 years here in Florida.
