Kelly, he doesn't love you and probably doesn't even like you. He wants a visa. Egyptian men will say ANYTHING and I mean anything. Also please keep in mind most Egyptian men are loaded with stds of all sorts. Hepatitis is endemic.

When i was in Egypt I didn't know any women that didn't come away with less then 3 stds. I myself caught chlamydia, gonorrhea and an hepatitis from my 'one true live'. Please do not consider sleeping with this man without full protection. Trust me it is all a big scam and you are falling hook line and sinker. If you continue with pursuing this love rat you will be coming back here in a few years complaining about being bilked out of everything you own and possibly with a std. You are nothing more than a cash cow waiting to be milked dry.
