Egyptian man much older American woman

I need advice please Hizham Zein, there is 25 years difference in our age. Red flag I know. He has asked me to marry him pretty quickly. On line less than 2 months. He has disappeared only 36 hours, he sent me picture of blood work to prove that he has been sick. We have had many hours of video chat even though he speaks only Arabic and I only English. He asks for nothing from me except marry in Egypt, he plans to come back here with me. Only scam I see is he wants to come here. I call him my handsome romantic Egyptian. How likely is it that his heart is true? He says he is divorced. He is 30 years old. Is this enough info for advice?
