Linda and friend

Dear Linda,
Your friend has a serious lesson to be learned and I'm afraid there is nothing you can do about it. The big age difference should be her first concern.

She'll go to Morocco, perhaps meet the relatives and maybe have a great time...this is the first meeting after all.
It will go downhill after he gets to the USA and especially after receiving his green card, then all hell will break loose.

I suspect he still has a wife and like you, I believe he "borrowed" her cheating, divorce story for the occasion.
She will be supporting him and his family until the money runs out. At which time, she becomes disposable.
I wish I could help you to shake some sense into her but it's not possible. I guess we all have to learn from our own experiences.

I wish that she will be the exception but who am I kidding. It will not end well and as her friend you'll have to be there for her.
