Sorry to say, but he is using you for the time being..He has no respect speaking to you like that. There's nothing wrong with encouraging yoy to lose weight and get healthy but...when it comes to comments like" you're nothing to me" etc. Etc, I would listen carefully to what is being said. I'm assuming you've been intimate with him, he's also not revealing that you have a child to his family, big red flags. I don't think he sees long term potential here. Sorry to say. But I hope I'm wrong.
