It is OK. You are right about NPD. See we have a soul. They do not. So many times I have wanted to call this piece of lying cheating using piece of crap and give him a piece of my mind. But you know what...I have been there and really it is a waste of my time cause they are GODS and that will not change. Even if you see s bit of the illusion of the love trap they set....it is not real.

I still go through these emotional ups and downs too. I just fuss it out on my own. It took a while to get tough enough to day ENOUGH but even though I have been forever changed.... Not worth talking to an empty box.
They are empty inside and always right even when they are wrong. And we know it too.

Do not beat yourself up over calling. I can totally understand. I let the manipulation and lies go on too long. I forgive myself but I was so frustrated all the time while trying to let him know my feelings and needed support.. Did that matter? No. During my suffering and working for him alone....he was on what's app in his keffiyeh and looked quite proud of himself....all the while I was respecting our so called love. I was not even invited to the group but yet I was supposed to be OK with this going on behind my back. I have fussed I have thrown many phones and broken them due to my frustration. I became someone I did not like because of his lies and never would he admit it when it was right there in living color. Anyway girl.

Next time you want to talk to him. Throw an empty box on the floor and talk to that. Cause it is the same. Took me a long time to realize that but a friend told me to do that and I thought....ya know... That is true.

We are survivors. We gonna make it. Be firm. Be tough. You deserve so much better. Much love to you. Chelsea
