Danielle-

I happened across your comment, and this site, just by coincidence. I was running just a basic Google search on Lebanese things, as my ex is part French Canadian and part Lebanese. He was raised in Vancouver until 13 or 14 when he, his mom and sisters migrated here. I realize your post was about Arabic men and American women, but I would still very much like to chat with you, as he is still part of that to an extent, and though I am not a woman, I did date him, and I fell very hard and very fast, and it ended badly. Even though it ended badly, though it's been very hard at times, he and I have managed to maintain contact and a friendship. There are may executing circumstances at play, then, and now, that I would very much like to get your input on. I hope we can chat soon; I'd like that very much.
