I wish you had not called him and I'm sure you wish it too now. He's a smarta*% idiot. He didn't deserve you. He deserves someone like him. He will get what's coming to him but in the mean time you need to do everything you can to keep him off your mind. Nice weather is here and I know you can find lots to do. Join a gym and improve your body and your mind. Find you a "hunk". They are not that hard to find and this will help you feel better. Sometimes what heals a broken heart is to find another interest. Pi#* on him and leave the little sh#% alone.

I'm here to help you not to criticize you for all the hell you have been through. I think you'll leave him alone because it sounds he was the one who raked you over the coals
