J, the "Relieved X" - same scammer I met?

I can't believe the parallelism in our case. Only we didn't get legally married. But buying the rings when I wasn't there, explaining why silver for men and gold for women, then the rich Scottish woman followed by another rich Swiss woman. Paying for his driving lessons so he could drive our guests around, set up a hostel business (while he kept all the earnings - always with the excuse that things get broken down all the time, so there is no money from the earnings left), comparing himself with his other scammer friends, etc....

Likewise I paid for everything and foolishly lost 40K Euros while he kicked me out of the project we started together for "our" future. Used the money to go out with younger girls/women and buying a car for himself and joints for him and his friends.

So true too about their mentality. That they don't see scamming people into marriage with their lies to be a sin as they truly think such wealth should be shared equally and they are only trying to take whats rightfully theirs. That their God does not see any wrong doing as they will provide more for their families and give to the poor !!!!

I wonder if there is something we can do about these scammers. Something legal like getting them arrested or something. Do you know if I can recover some of my money or at least have it on paper to bind him to pay me from earnings of the hostel? Does any one know of a bilingual, inexpensive legal advisor that I can ask for help or is that a waste of time and energy?

By the way, my scamrat lives in Marrakesh but takes trips to Ourika, Essouira and Imsouane (the same places he had taken me) for his sexcapades and just disappears without saying a word. And when i find out he throws a temper tantrum saying I do not own him.

Any advice would be appreciated. I'm left almost penniless. :(
