You need to stay away from him because he will continue to deceive you. If anything it will get worse if you decide to continue with him. Don't accept any marriage proposal because you will forever regret it. It doesn't matter if he's Casanova himself you don't need him because of what you have told about him let's me know he's like the most of them. Words only go so far once he gets what he's really looking for. Stay out of touch with him in every way possible.
