It's going to take time!

Hi Emma, I know your heart is terribly broken. Keep fighting everyday and it will get easier in time. It may take a year or longer but you'll be better off without him. We don't forget but we must go on. It feels like death. That's how it felt to me but I knew he wasn't any good. I even told him he will never have another one like me and he blew it with me. He actually admitted to me he knew this too but I wasn't worthy enough for him to change his ways into better ones.

He mentally abused me. I'll pray for you. Scream and cry if you have to so you can get the pain out but make sure you stay free of him because there will be a brighter day I promise!!!
