I'm still psychologically affected

Bless you, but no, there were a lot of psychological and traumatic effects from the breakdown of this relationship for me.

It is constant work to overcome it, and still to this day I have to do daily work every day without fail to try to cope with the pain and loss.

My heart got broken very badly. Deep down it still hurts and in my memory bank there are feelings for him that I remember I had and now try to bury.
