How my Arab boyfriend ditched me

I have also dated an Arab who claims to love me very much. There was something about him that made me crazy and obsessed with him. He would share even his darkest secrets with me which made me feel important. I would tell him about almost everything. When I was with him, I felt loved and wanted. When he was leaving for his country he told me several times that he wanted to marry me and take me home. I remember the night he left, we hugged each other so tight I could feel his heartbeat and his tear filled eyes made me want to follow him. We would video call and talk for hours after he left.

A few days later everything changed, he was not the same guy I knew. He started making excuses and would not reply for weeks at times. He was always busy but I still don't know why I believed him each time he came back with such excuses. Now it's been a year and he is completely out of my life. I will never understand how he could move on so easily.He was my first love and I will never forget what he has done to me.
