Re advice on relationship

I'm from the UAE I can def guide you if I learn a bit more. People from the gulf don't look for money and have no interest in immigration. Were actually proud citizens. Is he Emirati or an expat living there? Also if he's a traditional Emirati I wouldn't expect a serious relationship but you'll definitely have a good time and discover a new place. They're very relaxed owing much to a privileged lifestyle.
