Oh gosh I feel so awful for you having to stand back and you know what's going on. Contact an immigration attorney!! I really don't think he will ever get approved a visa to here. Immigration is not stupid. They know what he's doing too.

The so called sister with a baby that don't happen in Muslim countries. If it does you can rest assure she's not at home with her family. She got kicked out on the street after they beat the snot out of her. This is most likely his wife and baby. Some women will go along with these scams to be able to go live in another country which they can better their life. Your mother certainly does not need to pack up and move to Algeria. It will be her worst nightmare. Oh I wish I could help you more because this makes me angry because it's very obvious what the scumbag is trying to do.

Please call an immigration lawyer and also report him to Homeland Security!!! Please let us know what's going on. I'm very concerned!! I'm praying for the best!!!
