older US woman/younger Algerian man

My mother, who is from the United States, is 70 years old and is having a relationship with a 29-yr-old man from Algeria.

She went there two years ago and they had a civil marriage. He has been denied access to the US. She is now saying that if she cannot get him here to the US, then she is packing up and moving there, to Algeria.

They have no real relationship. It's a Facebook relationship! She traveled there for 1½ months this past summer. That's a vacation, not a marriage! I've read the immigration reports and I most certainly believe this to all be fraudulent, but my mother claims this is the love of her life!! He has not a single picture of her on his FB site, no relationship status, no mention of her whatsoever.

When she went there, his "sisters" were there. One of them has a baby that looks exactly like this sleazy man ... yet she has no husband. There are pictures of his "nephew" on his page! Please -- I need advice! She's making threats to my sibling and me, as well as other family members, that she's basically going to disown us if we don't write an affidavit stating that their relationship is real and what we know about it.
