I'm saddened to read your story Rachel

I'm sorry to read about what you're going through. Some of these men are quite the actors. I decided that it's best to get involve with a man who is in your country preferable one who lives nearby because you really can't know someone or know as much as you need to know about someone if you don't live near them.

The UK and the USA are very different from the Arab world. Men in our countries can betray you but I'd rather chance it with one of them before I do again with one of these men. I'm not meaning my comment to sound racist. Long distance relationships are hard and if their true to their religion their not suppose to engage in relationships. It cost a lot of money for travel to see them. You can't see them enough and the only way you can is to bring them to your country to marry. This is not the smartest move to make as you have read on here because you really don't know who you're marrying except it's a man you feel you have deep feelings for who you mostly know through the Internet, calls , texts. It's not a real place as someone said on here. I hope you can heal soon. I know you'll never forget.

I look at my heartbreak as a lesson learned. Men in my country are not perfect but at least there's a better chance of me being able to get to know who they really are and we'll share the same culture and most likely religion. Keeping you in prayer and come here as much as you need. We'll help support you. A good man will find you one day!
