Relationship with eygptian man

Hi! We have a bit same story. I met this eygptian guy 4 years ago on skype. We regularly having video call. But for some reasons he stop calling me. Then after a few months he calls again. Many times our relationship like this. And because i keep on working overseas. I keep changing my phone numbers. But he still able to contact me. I dont know how and where he is getting my numbers. Until finally i was able to work in the country where he is. And finally we meet each other.

From the start he hide that he is married. One i talked to him and let him admit once and for all. So we decided to break up. Then after a fews he calls me again. Many times we try to separate our ways. But because i love him so much i cant ignore him. Now we back each other and accepted his situation that he is married. We reguraly seeing each other. And he calls me reguraly. But am wondering what is his feelings for me. He is not good to me but with my kids as well and my whole family. He even calling my kids regulary without me knowing. And just recently i went back to phil. He gave some gifts to my kids. And he is acting like he is the real dad to my kids. Especially to my daughter. Next year he is planning to come with me to phil. So should i continue this relatiinship with him? What is his feelings for me? Does he love me? Why he is doing this things to my kids? Am confused! Dnt know what to do?
