The first thing I have to say is that if you feel threatened, don't wait around for the bureaucracy to save the day. Call the police, or even head for a woman's shelter.

I'm sorry this has happened to you. Obviously, you've been used for immigration purposes. So the first step is to cancel all of that. You need to call immigration and let them what is going on.

In order to make this a viable legal case, you need to start gathering evidence. Keep those broken phones, save any messages he leaves you and try to save any messages you see between him and this other women. You want to avoid a your word vs. his as much as possible.

As Cynthia pointed out, you have clear grounds here for an annulment. That is much more preferable than divorce, although it's pretty clear he never had any intention of fulfilling his vows!

Interestingly enough, this may be a case where the younger woman is now using him as well---threatening to call you if he doesn't do what she wants. Also interesting she maybe hasn't considered if he's willing to leave you so fast, why he would end up treating her right! In fact, he already wants to marry her---maybe he knows you're too smart for him now!

Just don't be surprised if someday he does come crawling back, but that's not the immediate worry. It's possible that'll he try and get her to sponsor him once you decide not to help him. She may agree to it, if nothing else, to just have something else to hold over his head.

At any rate, just keep track of the messages and start the process of getting an annulment. And please, please do not let him abuse you. Don't think for one minute this isn't a lost cause, because believe me, he had this all planned probably from the first time you two met.
