I'm not quite sure if I follow you or where you are at here, but if a man is ignoring you he's really interested.

If you are talking to someone on-line and they are ignoring you, that is especially a problem and a classic sign that he's talking to other women. In the context of on-line, international dating, this could mean a scammer trying to hit as many leads as possible.
