Im so sorry to hear what has happened to you. It might be worth writing to the Home Office at the Croydon address on the page of the link above. Also what about writing to the Entry Clearance Manager at the Foreign and Commonwealth Visa Processing Centre, in the country that the delightful 'man' would apply to for a visa. There are two UK visa processing centres in Egypt: Cairo and Alexandria 3 Abou El Feda Street HSBC Building 1st Floor Zamalek Cairo Egypt 27 Mohamed Darwish El Deeb street (previously know as Ismailia Street) Kafr Abdo Alexandria Egypt If you send your letter international (signed for) special delivery I think its about £7.00
