How to report a romance scammer??

Hello All

Does anyone have imformation on how to go about reporting a Romance scam? I was in a relationship with a Egyptian man for years, i believe he was trying to scam me for a visa money etc. He has moved on to another woman, when he realised he wasnt going to get the visa from me. I have warned this woman, but she refuses to listen. She is from the uk, as am i. Is there some way i can blacklist him from entering the uk? I worry he may be here already on a visit visa.

He is a married to a Egyptian woman, with children. Any imformation plz thanks.
