Hi Luigi, I'm using the name who used me to come to the states every time I post anything about him because I want his name out there.for any females to be able to look up who he may be scamming now. More than likely though he might change his name.

I did as you told me when he first left, I immediately went to immigration here in NC. They had me write my complaint in a letter form and give all proof I had on them. I told them about his life in Russia that he never told them about. All the names tided to his email, how he was still married when he met me online, and everything, etc... My son received a strange call recently from this number 404-920-6777 saying they were immigration services. I was at work at the time so my son gave them my cell but they never called. When I tired to call back the number from my caller I.D., it was from a conference call line. I went to our immigration office here in NC, they told me the call came from Georgia and they wouldn't have any way of knowing what it was about. They gave me the address to the Immigration office in Atlanta for me to write or go there.

Could NC Immigration have helped me or did they give me the run-a-round? What do you think? I did send a copy of the letter and proof to that address also and to Homeland Security and everyplace that dealt with our case. Still I have not received any info about it. It is strange after my son got off the phone with Immigration Service that same day Omar called 3 min after my son hung up. Omar's cell phone was still a local NC number so I called Omar to ask if he knew what immigration services wanted. He doesn't know.I went to immigration about him. I kept it a secret like you told me. He claimed to not know anything about the call also, (which I think is another lie). A week later Omar called me and said he was back in his country. Still lying saying he was coming back, lol, in which I never believed him and didn't care. He has no ideal what I have told immigration, unless he is lying and wants me to believe he has left the country but is still here somewhere. It's almost 3 months now and he still claim to be back in Amman, Jordan. Hopefully the attorney I hire will be able to find out if he is gone or was deported in case we have to have him in court. Will immigration allowed him to go home instead of locking him up? It should make it easier to get the annulment if they deported him. I was told they will first allow him to go back to his country. Do you think that is what happened?
