Thanks for your reply and you are so right.. I know deep down that is exactly what I am doing.. Settling for what is on offer as I don't feel I have much choice at the minute.. I am feeling very low and fed up not knowing what on earth to think or do, As you say some women are happy to be controlled in this way but I really struggle as I am so independent and always done my own thing.. Not that I am opposed to compromise just not prepared as you say to change my whole life. Suppose I am just stupid and worried I am giving up someone who loves me.. But how can I truly be happy with this life. Thanks again
