NO one here can tell you whether he is fake or genuine. Only you can determine that.. but be aware there are alooooot of scam artists..

I wanted to address this specific part of your post.

The truth is some scammers are easy to spot with certain red flag warnings. In JJ's case, her man is being elusive with his whereabouts.Notice she says this man is her boyfriend, even if this is on-line and it's just sensible for her to know and ask.

Unfortunately, there are also scammers who are not easy to read, and it is simply the nature of international, on-line relationships to develop uncertainty that really won't go away with most women. So in that sense, it can be difficult to tell.
