I hope that things went well with your surgery.

Regarding your situation,the following steps from this link will be summarized.

It may help to consult an immigration lawyer and I would strongly suggest just getting out of the marriage first before worrying about whether or not he'll be deported. He could also face prison time for this.

It is very important that you file your case ASAP and make it clear that you were deceived and that once you found out about it, you sought to get rid of the relationship.

Once you've filed the paperwork for the annulment/divorce, I would call the ICE Hotline again:

"Tell them you have learned your spouse deceived and defrauded you into marrying him, and so you have filed for annulment based on his defrauding you. Get name and fax #; fax a copy of the petition stamped by the court clerk as proof of having filed the petition for annulment. Also fax them legal notice that you hereby revoke your Affidavit of Support on the grounds that you were induced/coerced to sign that based upon fraud and deception of the other party

The annulment should be conducted in your state/territorial court.
